So as you all know, my parents and I booked a (kinda) last minute trip to Phuket for my last trip before my crazy final year in poly begins.
Really very thankful for them being so caring and just want the best for me?! where can i find such parents ):
We have gotten a half day tour around Phuket and I remember how excited our parents and I discussing and planning what are we going to do and spend our 3D2N wisely here!
To be frank, the number of days isn't enough for us to do all the things there in Phuket but nonetheless, time spent with family is just enough :)
FAVOURITE PART- definitely the Elephant ride!!
Being Thailand's famous animal, this was the ride i told my mum that we HAVE to go.
Despite the hot weather throughout, my mum and I really enjoyed the whole event!!
RIDING THE ELEPHANT WAS SO SURREAL. The Elephant was so gigantic and tall I was so afraid that i couldn't control him!!
P/s fun fact: the elephant is about 50 years old!!
freaking breathtaking.
Would die for another lunch at the beach
Some visuals taken at night where we went for Phuket's famous Fantaseaaaa
I can't express how excited my brother and I were, we literally RAN AROUND this whole place
It's so beautiful and we were so amazed at the performance and lightings of everywhere!
Of course, what's Phuket without beach.
Taking a stroll along the endless stretch while picking up seashells with my brother on the infinite turquoise blue... That morning was pure bliss.
Something about beach is that it always takes me back to my family and I just lying on the tent or mat while eating our tuna/egg mayo sandwiches.
After the recharge, I'll climb trees up high with my dad help or just simply build sandcastles with my sisters.
All these moments are times my brother didn't get to join and i'm really glad i could give some of this to him that morning :)
My favourite shot for my parents and brother
Look how happy they are :) not to mention the matching shirts HAHAHA
The 3D2N i had at Phuket was definitely a nice one
Despite the really hot weather that made me started sweating once i step out of my room (no joke), the accompany of my family & the friendly Thais made up every thing.
Not to mention the HOT ANGMOHS EVERYWHERE HAHAHA .
Throughout this trip gave me a little break from the stressful country we live in and also a little space for me to think through what's going on with my confusing little mind and a break from people.
Learnt quite a bit about my life and also the little sunflowers around me! :)
So thankful for this trip and everything.
Travelling always never fails to broaden up your mind, heart and soul.
Gonna end my post with my favourite quote from Mark Twain
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”
